WARM UP-Bike-/Treadmill-5 minutes each  (once)

Circuit #1-Bike

1-30 Second sprint-15 Push ups

2-30 Second sprint-15-Squat

3-30 Second sprint-15 -bicycle crunches

4-30 Second sprint-15 -Mountain Climber Row

5-30 Second sprint-30 Second Plank

6-30 double leg bridges-30 single leg bridges

Repeat Kick-fit Circuit
