		<description>It's time to get back to the basics again, lose these last few pounds, and keep them off!  It's amazing how a couple pounds can creep back on, but they don't creep off so easily!  My eating habits are back in check, no more peanut butter, and machiatos are on hold!  Who knew chicken and salad could taste so good! :)</description>
